What happens if a booking needs to be extended?

 There might be instances where you need to extend your booking both before and during the journey. This is fine but there are a few key things you need to do. Firstly you need to ensure that you update your vehicle through Zoom, you can do this through contacting us at membersupport@zoom-ev.com.

Where you're sharing someone's vehicle you HAVE to update your insurance to cover yourself for the period you wish to extend. This is easily done through the short term provider being used, especially where you're using Cuvva. Just go in to the app and hit extend.

Whereby you don't extend your booking on Zoom or your insurance, you will not be covered for using the vehicle and you will be liable for any incidents that you're involved in, including all financial liability. Hence why it is always best to extend your booking and cover yourself!

You will need to pay for the extended time period.
