Our cancellation policy is built to help our members and reduce cancellations only to those instances that can't be avoided.
Asset owners may cancel a Booking in the following circumstances by notification to Zoom and the Renter, and in such cases will be liable to pay the following cancellation charges:
Whereby asset owners receive a cancellation from a Renter, this also will be affected in accordance with the cancellation policy. Did you know? You can cancel your booking by going to your dashboard and going in to your notifications? Make sure you tell the other member why you're cancelling just to help our community.
