What happens if the renter has an incident in my vehicle?

In the event of an incident, the renter must contact you directly to make you aware of the situation. It is likely that we at Zoom will also contact you as we ask renters to contact us in the event of an incident. In addition, the renter must contact both Zoom and the insurance providers utilised for their short term cover.

Where the renter has booked short term insurance for the use of the vehicle, they will just need to follow the steps provided to them within their policy documentation. This is a very easy and straightforward process. The renter should have shared their policy with you.
