What should I do if there's an incident?

In the event of an incident, firstly make sure that you're safe and out of harms way. Our members are our number one priority so please ensure that if you need it you reach out to medical services.

Secondly, you need to make Zoom and the asset owner aware of what's happened. If you contact us here at Zoom we can help you to do this (membersupport@zoom-ev.com).

INSURANCE - Where you're sharing someone else's vehicle you will need to follow the instructions of your short-term insurance policy, where using Cuvva this is a very simple and straightforward process. You need to keep both Zoom and the owner up to date with progress on this.

If you're sharing a vehicle via one of our schemes e.g. you're an employee and you share your council vehicle over the weekend or in an evening, you will follow your organisations process for the vehicle.

If you're sharing a vehicle via an auto-dealer, again this will be via their process.
